Energy Work, sometimes called hands-on-healing, can be extremely beneficial for many types of imbalances and challenges, as well as for a deeper connection with yourself!

The results are always unique to each person, as well as to each session, and although specific results cannot be guaranteed, intentions can be set to lead the work in a specific direction.

The overall intention that we work with is to bring all parts of the Self (physical, emotional, mental & spiritual), into the highest state of expression that is possible.

During this type of session, the practitioner channels energy that is attuned to the KIA Reiki frequency, into your body, primarily through their hands.

Sometimes they work directly on your body and sometimes their hands are held above your body, in your auric field.

Essential oils, breath work, crystals or sound may be incorporated into the energy work as well.

Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation in these sessions, which in and of itself is extremely beneficial.

Many people are surprised to find out that they can experience the benefits of energy work through remote sessions, as easily as in in-person sessions. Therefore, physical distance is never a barrier to receiving this type of service!
