I came to the healing arts in my mid life. I always had the talents but had set them aside to pursue other things in life. Finally I got a chance to fulfill a dream, to do some shamanic journey work with someone willing to teach me and I made the time to do it.

I still remember the evening the big woodsman (me) stood before Pat and said he was grounded and the smile she gave him. I learned that night what it is to be truly grounded and I never looked back.

4 years of studying under Pat Jones has earned me the title of KIA Reiki Master, and more personal study has enlightened me in the art of Labyrinth healing and building, as well as in the shamanic arts.

All of this has given me a broad base of healing techniques to work from. It has also healed me in such a profound way that it is difficult to describe. One can only understand the meaning of this once one has gone through it.

Compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, truth, support, and wisdom given through spiritual guidance and the practical healing arts allow me to work with people in need of spiritual healing and guidance.

I fully support your life changes and past traumas, both physical and emotional, as all are dealt with in a loving way, cultivated for your unique needs.

You progress at your own pace through your own personal healing.

I offer supported and self guided labyrinth walks at my 105 ft., 11 circuit chartres style labyrinth at Bartlett Carry, and KIA Reiki and Shamanic healings at the Healing Adventures offices in Saranac Lake.
