I strongly believe that the process of personal growth and the journey of spirituality can be a lighthearted and joyful one, and that doesn’t diminish the power of the experience. Things do not have to be serious and heavy to have depth and meaning.

My strength and passion has always been in grounding spiritual and energetic tools and concepts into practical application for the daily journey of my life.

My motivation behind it has always been to bring more joy, ease, awareness and Love into who I am in relationship with, including myself.

I strive to experience freedom and loving-kindness in every moment of my life, and to support others in experiencing the same.

I do my best to perceive and relate to all things through their Essence, while understanding and enjoying the expression their Form takes.

I try to enjoy each moment of my life, while I embrace the process of co-creating my life.

I’ve learned to ask for help when I need it, and to trust, and be open to the multitude of ways in which it may come.

And mostly, I am always challenged to have the courage to be true to my Self.
